Thank you for choosing NOOM. We are confident that the quality of our product will meet your expectations. 

NOOM offers a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor use.

Please note that NOOM reserves the right to decline free repairs if the warranty conditions are not followed.

Warranty Conditions

    • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship

    • Structural issues or finish defects that appear within 24 months of purchase

    • Only for products used and maintained according to the care instructions provided by NOOM

    • Improper use, storage, handling, or installation

    • Exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or high humidity

    • Accidental damage (scratches, dents, stains, cracks, breakage, burns, etc.)

    • Changes in color, grain, or minor surface irregularities inherent to natural materials

    • Normal wear and tear, including fabric pilling, foam softening, or fading

    • Use of chemical cleaners or corrosive agents

    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

    • Natural variations in wood grain, fabric texture, color, or hand-finished surfaces

  • If a defect appears:

    1. Contact NOOM or your point of purchase.

    2. Provide the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

    3. Share a description and photos of the issue

    4. The product may be inspected to confirm the nature of the defect.

    If covered, NOOM will either replace or repair the defective item or part at its discretion. If the product or parts are no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute them with similar materials.

  • Every NOOM item is crafted for durability, utilizing high-quality materials and incorporating elements of handcrafted artistry. The natural variations in texture, color, or pattern enhance the item’s artistic value and celebrate its uniqueness; these characteristics are not regarded as defects.
